1. CART ENVIRONMENT: a 40-hour course that will teach you all about the
CART consumers you will serve, their varying needs, and the organizations that
support them; the laws that gave rise to CART and with which you should have a
working knowledge; a liittle sign language.
2. CART SKILLS: If you write 140-160 wpm on straight matter and need
guidance in being able to write 98% accurate real-time at 180 wpm, you need to
implement prefixes, suffixes, and roots/word parts in your dictionary and define
them correctly so they will form new words magically for you. The course
includes The DePuzzLer with audio files for practice. 25 hours +

what you need to know to provide on-site CART and also remote CART. 20

4. CART ETHICS and BUSINESS PRACTICE. This 15-hour course

what letters you need to write; advises how to answer a bid or RFP; gives you
sample agreements and confidentiality statements.
