Hardeman Realtime Inc. (HRI) provided the first-ever CART
of the Park Rangers' tours of Philadelphia's Independence
Hall and congress Hall on July 11, 2008, by the Say What
Club.

What does Remote CART look like?

Want to try out Remote CART but don't know where
to start?  Know ADA laws that support you, and the
hardware and software you need.

Primer on Remote CART
Here's What We Do:

We write down everything that's said and it is displayed
instantaneously in English, in real time, either in person on
a monitor or projected screen or via the Internet on a
streaming text or Web-cast platform.

We also do transcription of audio and video for
communication access for deaf and hard-of-hearing
individuals, and for English as a second language.
HRI has been
awarded the status
of a Minority
Business Enterprise
by the State of
Florida.
